We want you to love your gear—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging, with tags if applicable

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Important: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Some products can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene or personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges
Want a different item? The easiest way is to return the item you have, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags if applicable, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
